Apple slices, pizza lunch kits recalled
Some may be contaminated with Listeria

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- A food manufacturer is recalling apple slices and pizza kits that may be contaminated with Listeria, the Rhode Island Department of Health announced Tuesday.
The voluntary recall by Reichel Foods, Inc. of Minnesota includes the following:
- 2.75 oz. single-serve trays of "Dippin’ Stix Apples & Caramel with Peanuts" with use-by dates of 01SEP2012, 02SEP2012, and 03SEP2012.
- 5.6 oz. packages of “Armour Active Packs Cheese Pizza” with the Package Code 1026090112 or Case Code 27815-17996.
The health department says anyone who bought these products should throw them out, or return them to the store for a full refund.
