Narr. Indian Tribe land battle Pt. 1

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - This week on Newsmakers Chief Sachem Matthew Thomas of the Narragansett Indian Tribe says they are going to pursue lawmakers in Washington after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against them.

Their battle with the state over control of 31 acres of land isn't over, he says. Chief Thomas also lashes out at state leaders.
