The long Labor Day weekend is ahead of us and our friend the cocktail guru Jonathan Pogash joined The Rhode Show to mix up some signature cocktails to celebrate the day.

The below recipes are the perfect drink for your holiday cookout this weekend or your end of summer party.

Peach-Antro Fizz

1 1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1/2 oz. orange liqueur
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. cane syrup
1/4 of a ripe peach
8-10 cilantro leaves

Directions: Muddle the peach in the cilantro.  Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well.  Strain into an ice-filled wine glass and top w/ club soda and stir briefly.

Garnish: peach

Smoked Watermelon (can be served as a pitcher drink, too)

Serves 5-7

15 large chunks of watermelon
5 oz. Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
2 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. almond syrup

Directions: Muddle the watermelon in large pitcher, then add remaining ingredients with ice and stir very well. Before serving, strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish: lime wheel

Quick Apricot-Peach Pie

1 graham cracker pie crust
1 bottle apricot jam
3 peaches, thinly sliced
whipped cream
1 oz. Van Gogh Dutch caramel vodka

Directions: Add the jam to the pie crust and spread evenly.  Add the whipped cream on top, then the sliced peaches. Top with dusting of sugar in the raw and drizzle of caramel vodka.
