(TMZ) - Khloé Kardashian is being seriously considered to become the next host of "X Factor"... TMZ has learned.
A Los Angeles woman filed a police report yesterday afternoon claiming Amanda Bynes rear-ended her and then, after a brief conversation, drove off without exchanging insurance information ... TMZ has learned.
All that glitters is not gold ... sometimes it's silver too -- and Michael Phelps partied with BOTH last night in London, hitting up a nightclub with his 2 silver medals from the 2012 Games ... in addition to his 4 gold.
