    As a native Rhode Islander and the outgoing Miss Rhode Island USA 2008, Amy has a commitment and appreciation for Rhode Island that is unparalleled.  Her exposure and service to the State as an ambassador during her reign combined with her education and professional experience in television production and on-air talent is her foundation to be the ideal host of The Rhode Show!

    Amy she is a proud 2001 graduate of Classical High School. After graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication, Amy completed dual Master degrees in Business Administration and Sport Management from Barry University. She describes herself as a zealous young lady with a vivacious personality and versatile interests including digital photography, traveling, fishing, and cooking. Amy is bilingual, and for the past 8 years has been a national commercial actress and model for English and Spanish markets. Amy believes that “a woman who serves is also a woman who leads” which enables her empower herself and others.
