PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Is your castle in need of a king? Then Scraps the cat may just be the kitty for you.

The staff at Providence Animal Rescue League says this big guy is a total mush and loves attention. However, he needs to be the only cat of the house.

The 8-year-old was first brought to PARL last December. He was adopted out but returned to the shelter because he didn't get along with the other cats in the home.
