PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Ginger the cocker spaniel is hoping you will give her a new home for the new year.
The 10-year-old dog came to the Providence Animal Rescue League two days before Christmas. She has been with the same family her whole life, but they are moving and can't take Ginger with them.
Staff members said Ginger is a sweet, well-behaved dog whose tail is always wagging. She may be 10, but she still has a lot of energy and loves to go for walks.
Ginger has lived with children and other dogs before. PARL believes she would be good for most homes.
If you are interested in Ginger or any of the other animals up for adoption at PARL, call 401-421-1399.
