PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Nobody puts Baby in a corner - but the Providence Animal Rescue League is hoping someone gives her a home.

The 7-month-old pit-bull mix puppy came to the shelter Christmas Eve.

Staff members say she's a wiggly puppy who loves to play. They said she has a bit of an identity crisis - thinking she's a cat or a lap dog - because she loves to snuggle.

Baby has lived with adults and children, so staff members said she would be good in any home. However, they did say she was going to be a bigger, stronger dog and, as with any dog, supervision is key.

If you are interested in Baby or any of the other animals up for adoption at PARL, call the shelter at 421-1399.
