EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - In this week's Rescue a Pet, meet Salem a 3 year-old male cat.
Staff members at the Providence Animal Rescue League say Salem has been at the shelter for 3 months and hope that someone will come and adopt him.,
Salem is a sweet, calm guy, who loves to be petted, held and given lots of attention.
During the entire month of November you can adopt a cat or dog that is over 8-years-old, and rabbits that are at least 5-years-old for 50% off the regular fee.
