Rescue a Pet 8/14: Billie Holiday

(WPRI) -- Billie Holiday is a 2 year-old Pit Bull in need of a new home.

She was brought to the Providence Animal Rescue League by animal control. Billie is very energetic and lovable. She is wild for toys -- and can occupy herself for hours with them. She's also a big fan of blankets.

Billie thinks of herself as a lap dog -- and is a kisser. She'd do well in a home with older children and other dogs, but PARL workers say they don't know what she thinks of cats.
