Online Sales Executive

RMM Online Advertising is looking for an Online Sales Executive with 2+ years digital sales or campaign management experience. The ideal candidate must have experience selling digital solutions to key regional and local agencies and direct clients. The candidate must be an aggressive and confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling independently as well as assisting the WPRI reps to sell RMM's online services.

Key requirements:

  • A proven track record of developing and maintaining significant online ad sales revenue
  • 2+ years of sales or campaign management experience
  • In depth knowledge of online display advertising
  • Understanding of SEM, SEO, SMS Texting and Social Networking
  • Relationships with decision makers at key agencies and direct clients in this market
  • Can take a prospect through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Ability to cultivate & sustain new prospecting relationships

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal/written and organizational skills
  • Strong prospecting skills and the ability to build and develop relationships
  • Strategic insight to create customized digital solutions for clients
  • BS/BA preferred

About the position:

  • This is an opportunity to grow with the company and within the company
  • You will be a part of the WPRI-TV sales team that sells TV, WPRI.com and RMM solutions. Your goals will be based on your individual sales performance and on the sales of RMM solutions for the entire team. To this end, you will educate the sales team regarding online advertising / RMM solutions as well as help the team to present & close business.
  • Work from the WPRI-TV office in Providence
  • Base + Commission + Performance Bonus
